My name is Khalid Godfrey and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in New Jersey. With over 10 years of experience working with at-risk youth and families, I have supported youth in residential treatment centers, partial hospitalization programs and psychiatric community homes.

Through my work, I focus on creating safe and structured spaces where my clients can heal and grow. Through my experience I have recognized the crucial role that the environment has in fostering healing spaces. This experience in therapeutic settings has guided my work in creating Milieu Therapy Training, a resource to help professionals build effective, healing environments when working in group settings.
